How many times have you taken a phone call from a OJC, had them send you the Judgment - then discover the Debtor was too far away, or spoke another language, or not Enforceable by you at this time. Now, instead of spending time for no result - you can get a Finders Fee by referring to us the Judgments you are not able to work. Even if you assign a Judgment back to the OJC, if you refer them to us - you can get a Finder's fee.
You will get, at no cost, (new local business for you) pre-screened, validated, and Assignable Judgment leads. These Judgments are matched to your location, preferences, and abilities. You are not obligated to take or Enforce any Judgment - but if you do, you get a 90% share of the Net Profit you work to make. (You send us 10%, We get 5%, the FINDER gets 5%.) If you don't make money - the cost of the lead is free. Here is a Math Example:
Our revenue structure is very competitive and fair - as found in our Agreement: 90% of the net profit of Enforcing a Judgment to the JE, and 10% of the net profit to us. (Our 10% share pays the 5% FINDERs fee, and 5% is for employees, expenses, and a small profit margin.)
Math Example - showing how JEs get paid, on a successful Enforcement:
The Debtor owes $10,000. The OJC gets 50% of the profit. You Enforce the Judgment.
In this example, there were $500 in costs, and $9,500 was Enforced, leaving $9,000 to split.
50% ($4,500) to the OJC, and 50% ($4,500) for those who
worked hard to find, screen, and successfully Enforce the Judgment.
90% of $4,500 = ($4,050) for you.
5% of $4,500 = ($225) to the FINDER.
5% of $4,500 = ($225) to us.
You send 10% (5% plus 5%) ($450) to us.
We send 5% ($225) to the FINDER.
We keep 5% ($225) to cover expenses, and keep our service-level the best in the business.
You keep 45% ($4,050) of the Recovered amount - 90% of the profit, for a pre-screened Judgment lead.
Why pay 10% of the potential net profit of Enforcing a Judgment?
Because we already have a copy of the Judgment and Debtor info, we've already talked with the OJC, we already verified the Debtor can be found, and that BK is not an issue - and this screened Judgment is in YOUR County, that you did not know about before. This is new business for you, that saves you time and money. It's not just a lead - it's pre-screened Judgment with an OJC ready to sign your paperwork - more income potential for you - at no risk.
If the Judgment can't be Enforced profitably, you don't owe us a cent.
Spend less time driving and mailing, and more time in your own neighborhood. This cuts your costs, and increases chances for successful Enforcements - because when the Debtor (and usually the Court) are close to you - it's easier to Enforce a Judgment.
Referral Guidelines:
1) JEs should attempt to keep Judgments Enforceable (Renewed). If a Judgment is returned - it should be returned to the OJC at least 3 months before it expires.
2) JEs should have a good track record of Enforcing Judgments, and abide by all laws. JEs should follow (industry standard) Judgment Enforcement business practices similar to what is detailed on our FAQ.
3) JEs should usually be responsive on business days - and respond to very occasional inquiries from us or the OJC within 2 weeks (with a goal of within 24 hours).
4) If the JE is stuck and can not make any progress to Enforce a Judgment, they should they be open to the possibility, of returning the Judgment to the OJC. JEs (and everyone) should report Bankruptcy of Debtors as soon as possible.
5) In cases of foreign Judgments - if the OJC has not already domesticated the Judgment - either the OJC or the JE (who owns the Judgment) needs to domesticate it where the Debtor lives. This cost can and should be added to the Debtor's debt. Before we send a Judgment lead to you, we let make our best effort to let you know the Debtor's situation - so you can be confident the cost of domestication will be reimbursed to you. And we suggest perhaps asking the OJC to get a certified/exemplified copy of the Judgment.
Referral JE FAQ:
1) We don't spam. Judgment Enforcers don't get specific Judgment case information - until they sign and return our one-time Agreement. Our list of available Judgments is updated almost daily. The list does not always grow, because Judgments already referred to Judgment Enforcers (close to the Debtor) move off our list.
2) Our Agreement is a pool agreement that protects everyone. It takes just minutes to read and return, and it costs you nothing. The Agreement is common sense, and you can file it instantly - the important points are repeated on this web page.
3) JEs can decline to accept any or all of our Judgments leads - and will still get more Judgment leads from us.
First you find a Judgment on our lists that you might be interested in Enforcing. Then we email you a PDF - with a copy of the Judgment, and our database screens - showing the data we've gotten from the OJC and public data sources. If you want the Judgment after reviewing the data we supply, we then contact the OJC and arrange for your contact. Then we are out of the picture, and you are in full control like any other Judgment you Enforce. Our screening is just to qualify the Judgment - and is not a substitute for actual Judgment investigation and Enforcement.
4) Like always, a JE can assign any Judgment back to the OJC - if they can't enforce it, or something comes up that prevents them from working on the Judgment.
5) Our Agreement lets you refer Judgments to us. This is the same as having a FINDER Agreement with us, except that upon a successful recovery, you get a Finder's Fee - and might get back your Court-endorsed costs.
6) Nothing about us (or you, when you Enforce our Referred Judgments) involves anything even remotely related to UPL. Judgments are owned by you, assigned from the OJC to you, and you step into the shoes of the Original Judgment Creditor. For each Judgment - you control everything. Even a few attorneys have signed our Agreements.
7) JEs are not employees or contractors with or for us. We have no say on how, when, or if you Enforce any Judgment. We assume you want to work on your own terms to get paid - that is all. If you can not, or will not be able to Enforce the Judgment - we suggest you simply Assign it back to the OJC.
8) Our Agreement does not put time limits on you. You work at your own pace. You can move, or enjoy a beer from time to time. ;)
9) When we send a JE a Judgment lead - and the JE Enforces the Judgment - the JEs work independently - having signed our one REFERRAL FINDER Agreement. If you are stuck, let us know - we will try to help where we can. Just like the OJC and you - we want the Judgment Enforced. We are helping you - not competing with you.
10) Our revenue structure is fair - as found in our REFERRAL FINDER agreement. As always the OJC signs Your Agreement, and Assigns the Judgment to you directly.
11) Our Agreement does not limit or change your current business. We don't control what percentage you charge the OJCs, what counts is your Net profit from a successful enforcement. What are expenses? - the kind appropriate for the Judgment. Who defines appropriate? You do. EG, spending $1,000 to recover $1,000 is not appropriate. Spending $1,000 to recover $25,000 is.
12) You can purchase Judgments outright (hint, we don't change how you do business), what counts is your Net profit after Enforcing your judgment.
And last - our Leads are not from questionable sources. They are all from OJCs directly - ready to Assign to you. In dealing with any other Judgment lead provider - it's wise to determine the history of the Judgments being offered for sale. One should be very careful in purchasing Judgments that have been owned by any party other than the original Judgment Creditors.
