Can you track someone down for me?

Not unless someone is enforcing a judgment they own. We can only track down people when we are the Assignee Of Record on a judgment against them. We are not licensed Private Investigators, so we can't share our results with anyone. JudgmentBuy can refer you to good Private Investigators.
