Judgment Obligation Timeline
Am I obligated when I send JudgmentBuy my judgment?
No. When JudgmentBuy instantly refers, or
lists your judgment on our lists, for instance,
(California or
National)
you are not obligated. When your judgment is on our
lists,
that means we are looking for the right contingency collection attorney,
Judgment Enforcer, or will refer you to right Buyer solutions for
your specific judgment.
Sometimes we find the right contingency collection lawyer, Judgment
Enforcer, or Buyer so quickly, your judgment does not go on our lists.
While it makes no sense -
you could keep looking for a Judgment Enforcer after listing your
judgment
with us. (Please let us know if that is your plan.)
You are obligated only after these three things happen:
1) Our referred and recommended contingency collections lawyer,
or Judgment Enforcer or Buyer
sends you their paperwork.
2) You sign their paperwork, and (if appropriate) get
the Assignment papers notarized.
3) You send all paperwork back to the lawyer, Judgment Enforcer or Buyer.
Then, you are obligated to sell your judgment,
or have the attorney or Judgment Enforcer
try to recover your money.
Anything done before, during, and
after reviewing and buying your judgment,
should be at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
